The Inspection:
Our RICS Regulated Surveyor visits the property. We use a combination of traditional visual expertise and, where requested, specialist drone or CCTV technology to assess the structure.
Analysis:
We cross-reference our findings with local knowledge of soil types, building styles, and common regional defects.
The Report:
You receive a comprehensive, easy-to-read digital report. We don’t just list problems; we provide clear advice on the urgency of repairs and maintenance.
Post-Survey Support:
We are always available for a follow-up phone call to discuss any concerns or technical points within the report.
